At Glory Foam, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product size or variant differs from the order

Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and usage concerns, the following items are not eligible for return or refund once used or opened:

  • Mattresses
  • Pillows
  • Bedding products
  • Foam accessories

Products that show signs of use, damage, or improper handling will not be accepted for return.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging should be available
  • Proof of purchase/order number is required

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The ordered product is unavailable
  • A replacement cannot be provided
  • Payment was charged incorrectly

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Exchange Policy

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement after verification.

Customers may be asked to share photos or videos of the product for inspection purposes.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake or a damaged product was delivered.
